Our return policy for shipped wholesale merchandise lasts 7 days and covers replacement or credit for damaged, malfunctioning, missing, or misrepresented merchandise. You must send an email with pictures of products to info@lolliwolliword.com with the following information:
1. What is your order number?
2. Exactly which item(s) need to be returned?
3. How many of each item(s) need to be returned?
4. What is the reason for returning each item?
Returns are accepted only if you notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and pay for sending and return shipping. The product must have its original tags and must not have not been used. There is a 25% restocking fee.
After 7 days we cannot exchange or credit your wholesale purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Wash with phosphate free detergent in cool or warm water wash setting using a gentle or delicate machine cycle before use.
Tumble dry on a low temperature or permanent press setting and remove promptly.
