Indulge in this delightful chocolate fruit pops that cleverly conceal the goodness of fresh fruits. They make a wonderful activity to enjoy with your little ones in the kitchen, and guess what? They'll devour them without a fuss! Yum!
6 strawberries (hulled)
2 kiwifruit (peeled, sliced)
1/2 rockmelon (cubed, seeds removed)
2 bananas (peeled, cut into chunks)
400 g white chocolate melts
400 g dark chocolate melts
4 tbsp cream
lollipop sticks
Thread fruit pieces onto pop sticks and place them onto a serving platter.
Melt white chocolate in the microwave in a glass bowl. Heat on high for 1 minute, remove, and stir vigorously. Return to microwave and heat for 20-second bursts, taking care to stir well in between until the chocolate is melted. Add 2 tbsp of cream and stir well.
Repeat for the dark chocolate.
Place dark and white chocolate into separate dipping bowls. Place beside fruit on a platter and serve.
Potato Sack Race
To play you need one burlap sack for each participant. The more people racing, the more fun it is.
Participants will run to the sack, put both feet in, and begin hopping toward the finish line.
Contestants must keep both feet in the sack and at least one hand on the sack at all times.
The sack must remain as close to the waist as possible and should not fall below the knees.
The first racer to the finish line wins.
I enjoyed potato sack races as a child. My children love them as well. This is the perfect family activity for the coming warm seasons.
I Love these recipes, and tips! My family is looking forward to an early Spring. Thanks for sharing.
