​Turnaround Time: This is the time that it takes for us to pick and pack your order from the moment you submit it.

Our standard turnaround is 24 to 48 hours for most orders. 

Shipping, Returns, & Exchanges

We hope you love what you've ordered. But if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return your *Retail order for a full refund.  will credit, or exchange the item cost within 14 days of the purchase date.​ Returns must be new, unused, in the original packaging, with original hang-tags attached, and include all accessories, instruction guides, and labels. Clothing items must be unworn.

If you get in touch with us, we'll send you a return shipping label that's already paid for. Your refund will be processed and a credit will be provided to your original method of payment after your return has been received, examined, and approved. In the case of exchanges, a product from our selection that is in stock will be sent to you, and any price modifications will be paid or credited.

​If your items are received damaged or defective, please follow the steps outlined below with pictures:


  • Please indicate if you would like a refund or replacement item by emailing us at

  • If you request a refund, the original shipping cost will be refunded in addition to the cost of the item and sales tax (if applicable).

  • If you request a replacement item, it will be shipped to you without any additional charges.

  • If you request a credit, you will need to return the purchased items and Lolliwolliworld® will issue a credit code, once the item is received, to use on

  • If you request an exchange, please return the items you wish to exchange and place a new order.

Warranties & Responsibility For Large Wholesale Orders
When we receive a valid warranty claim for large wholesale orders purchased from us within seven days, we will replace the product. If we cannot replace the product within seven days, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for the shipment of replaced products to the customer and the customer will pay for the return shipment of the product to us.

Seven-Day Return/Exchange Period For Large Wholesale Orders
Due to the nature of this business, we can only offer you seven days to return your large wholesale order. This Seven-Day return period will start the day your item is delivered. Merchandise has to be returned within seven days. You do not have to call us to let us know that you are sending them. If you exceed this time allowed you will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Items do not have to be shipped overnight, but they should be shipped back to us within the seven-day return window.
Note: All returns/ exchanges require this form to be completed and returned with all items purchased so we can process them on time.

Large Wholesale Orders Returns & Exchanges
To exchange any of our products complete the Return / Exchange Form. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a error.

Large Wholesale Orders Defective or Damaged Products
We fully guarantee all of our products are free from factory defects. If any product is found defective or has been damaged in shipping, we will refund or exchange providing you complete the return/exchange form in seven days and return the item(s) to us.

Large Wholesale Orders Non-Returnable Items
1. Products that have been modified or altered in any way 
2. Items that have been worn or damaged by the customer
3. Items that are not returned within seven days

4. Items that have been stocked in-store by the customer

We will refund or exchange any of our products that are damaged in shipping or are shown to have factory defects. Refunds or Exchanges will not be given to products that have been used or damaged from customer misuse or neglect. will not refund any shipping or return shipping costs unless it is because of a shipment error or a damaged item.

LolliWolliWorld® offers reliable and express USPS, DPD, FedEx, and DHL shipping for all large *Wholesale orders.

​Lolliwolliworld®  also offers additional USPS express shipping methods. We prepare the order for shipment within 24 to 48 hours, and ship them within 3 business days, ensuring that your order will get to you quickly and safely.

  • Retail Warehouse Production Time Estimate: 24 to 48 hours

  • Retail Shipping Time Estimate: 5 to 7  business days

  • Retail Total Processing and Delivery Time Estimate: 5-7 business days

  • Wholesale Production time for 300-1,000 pieces is 50-55 days

  • Wholesale Shipping time is 40-45 days to arrive in your warehouse
