Our return policy for shipped wholesale merchandise lasts 7 days and covers replacement or credit for damaged, malfunctioning, missing, or misrepresented merchandise. You must send an email with pictures of products to info@lolliwolliword.com with the following information:
1. What is your order number?
2. Exactly which item(s) need to be returned?
3. How many of each item(s) need to be returned?
4. What is the reason for returning each item?Returns are accepted only if you notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and pay for return shipping. The product must have its original tags and must have not been used.
When we receive a valid warranty claim for large wholesale orders purchased from us within seven days, we will replace the product. If we are unable to replace the product within seven days due to no fault of the customer, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt shipment of the product to us within seven days.
We will pay for the shipment of replaced products to the customer and the customer will pay for the return shipment of the product to us.
